Elm Place

A refurbished family home filled with vibrant fabrics and beautiful textures

Elm Place is a complete interior design transformation of a refurbished family home, undertaken by Not So Gray. The brief called for warmth, personality and longevity — achieved through a bold yet cohesive selection of vibrant fabrics, rich textures and bespoke soft furnishings throughout the property.

The project features made-to-measure curtains with generous, floor-to-ceiling drops, complemented by co-ordinating cushions and roman blinds in complementary prints and weaves. Each room was considered as part of a whole, with fabric choices linking spaces together while retaining individual character. The result is a home that feels both curated and welcoming — a testament to how considered soft furnishings can completely transform a living space.
